Contracts are the heart of our system. They establish relations between delivery and invoicing customers, types of items to deliver, delivery quantities and frequencies. Rentals, Services & Deliveries: Manage your rentals, services and deliveries in one place only. Schedule your periodical items with prices, quantities, frequency of delivery or invoicing in your contracts and let Activewhere take care of the rest. Activewhere has automatic processing tools to generate delivery notes and invoices in bulk according to what you've defined in each contract. Contracts Types and Status: Contracts can be of different types, and you can specify as many types as you want right through the interface. Create contract types to differentiate your services and your deliveries. Contracts also have a Status assigned. Status are, for instance, "Waiting for Installation", "Installed", "Waiting for customer signature", etc. These contract Status can change automatically with your delivery note status (before delivery, after delivery, rejected, etc.). At the end of the day, you can sort out comprehensive reports about your contracts. Route to Market Flexibility: Think of a complex situation, where you have different invoicing and delivery addresses, you invoice the customer, an agent is delivering your goods or performing your services and you have a salesperson commissioned in a certain contract. All of these elements can be recorded and automatically managed in your contract. Purchase Order Management: Certain final customers demand a purchase order in every delivery note and/or invoice. Activewhere has means to control this process. A purchase order can even have a validity date and will be automatically fed to the delivery notes during automatic generations. Complex Pricing Handling: You have price lists, net prices on your customers, eventually different price lists or net prices in contracts from the same customer, you need periodical, automatic price changes in a given customer or contract, you have item, family or item type exclusions from certain contracts... all this and more is efficiently managed in Activewhere.
